Juhlakallion alueella rikkoutui vesijohto maanantaina 18.3.2024. Espoon seudun ympäristöterveys antoi osalle Juhlakallion alueen kiinteistöistä veden käyttökiellon 18.3.2024.
Vesijohto on korjattu ja kloorattu. Verkoston huuhtelu aloitetaan klo 19.30. Asukkaiden tulee juoksuttaa vettä hanoista niin, että mahdollinen samentuma ja kloorattu vesi poistuu myös kiinteistöjen putkista.
Verkostosta otetaan tarvittavat vesinäytteet keskiviikkona 20.3.2024 veden laadun varmistamiseksi.
Espoon seudun ympäristöterveyden 18.3.2024 asettama veden käyttökielto puretaan tällä tiedotteella. Samalla astuu voimaan veden keittokehotus. Keittokehotus on voimassa toistaiseksi.
Hanavesi on keitettävä ennen sen käyttämistä juomavetenä tai ruuanlaitossa. Vesi on keitettävä vähintään 5 min. ajan. Myös kahvin- ja vedenkeittimissä käytettävä vesi on ensin keitettävä. Hanavettä voi käyttää peseytymiseen normaalisti, jos siinä ei ole poikkeavaa väriä tai hajua.
Asiasta tiedotetaan seuraavan kerran, kun vedestä otettujen näytteiden tulokset ovat valmistuneet. Tulosten arvioidaan valmistuvan viimeistään perjantaina 22.3.2024 iltapäivällä.
Jos hanavesi on sameaa, poikkeavan väristä tai hajuista, tulee vettä juoksuttaa, kunnes se on kirkasta. Mikäli 10 min. juoksutus ei paranna veden laatua, ota yhteyttä Kirkkonummen Veden päivystysnumeroon 09-2967 2275.

A water pipe broke in the Juhlakallio area on Monday 18 March 2024. Espoo Region Environmental Health Services issued a prohibition on use of water for parts of the properties in the Juhlakallio area on 18 March 2024.
The water pipe has been repaired and chlorinated. The flushing of the network starts at 17.30. The inhabitants should run water through the taps so that any possible turbidity and the chlorinated water will also exit the pipes of the properties.
Necessary water samples will be taken from the network on Wednesday 20 March 2024 in order to ensure the quality of the water.
The prohibition on the use of water issued by Espoo environmental health services on 18 March 2024 will be cancelled with this message. At the same time, a recommendation to boil the water will come into effect. The recommendation to boil the water will be in effect until further notice.
The tap water must be boiled before it is used as drinking water or in cooking. The water must be boiled for at least 5 minutes. Water used in coffee machines and electric kettles must also be boiled first. Tap water can be used normally for washing as long as it has no unusual colour or smell.
We will inform you further when the results of the water tests are ready. The results are expected to be ready by Friday 22 March 2024 in the afternoon.
If the tap water is turbid or has some unusual colour or odour, you should run the water until it is clear. If the quality of the water does not improve after running it for 10 minutes, call the Kirkkonummi Vesi hotline 09-09-2967 2275.
