I fråga om klientavgifterna höjs den högsta avgiften som ska tas ut från det nuvarande 295 euro till 311 euro. Den lägsta avgiften som ska tas ut höjs från det nuvarande 28 euro till 30 euro. Avgiften för det andra barnet är högst 40 % av avgiften för det yngsta barnet, dvs högst 124 euro per månad. För de följande barnen är avgiften 20 procent av avgiften för det yngsta barnet.
Inkomstgränserna för klientavgifterna för småbarnspedagogik ändras på grund av indexjusteringen på följande sätt:

Client fees for municipal early childhood education and care from 1 August 2024
The highest client fee will rise from the present 295 euros to 311 euros. The lowest fee will rise from the present 28 euros to 30 euros. The fee for the second child is at most 40 % of the fee for the youngest child, i.e. at most 124 euros per month. The fee for the following children is 20 % of the fee for the youngest child.
The income limits of the client fee for early childhood education and care will change due to index adjustment as follows:
